OFFICIAL VISITORS

Marcus Dumervil
Offensive Tackle

The Skinny: When he visited Gainesville for Friday Night Lights Florida came from out of nowhere to become one of his top choices along with LSU and Oklahoma. He has already officially visited Baton Rouge and Norman, which gives the Gators the last shot at him of the three. Watch for Richie Leonard‍ and Gerald Mincey‍ to be attached to him at the hip on Saturday.

Issiah Walker slated to be here also.

How great would it be to win the game & get commits from both Dumervil & Walker !

EJ Smith

All-Purpose Back

The Skinny: It is fitting that his father, Gators great Emmitt Smith accompany EJ on his official visit this weekend considering that one of the biggest questions he has to answer is whether or not he wants to follow in his father’s footsteps and build on the legacy he built at Florida or does he want to set out on his own path? Stanford and Texas A&M are the other programs primarily under consideration.

Zykeivous Walker

Defensive End

The Skinny: He has visited Florida a couple of times already this calendar year, including being on hand for the Great Gator Grill Out in the spring and then taking another visit over the summer. The Gators are in a four-team battle for his services along with Alabama, Auburn and Georgia, with the Bulldogs currently in the lead.

Darnell Washington

Tight End

The Skinny: Talk about your pleasant surprises. After Washington visited Florida back in the spring for the Orange & Blue Game he seemed to talk about every other program in the south, except the Gators. You can bet that the way UF has utilized Kyle Pitts this year is what helped Florida secure this official visit. He is also looking at Alabama, Georgia, Miami and Tennessee, which is proof that he isn’t opposed to heading east to play ball. The Gators likely have a lot of ground to make up, but this is an instance where the fans in the Swamp can make an impact this weekend. If the atmosphere is electric, anything can happen on and off the field.

Several Auburn commits listed also.

I know it hurts. Its ok. Maybe we can try and guess what your idiot coach will make your spring game attendance numbers next year. It might take your mind off the pain.

Hey, maybe this one is better. Your idiot coach actually rant the clock out on himself. I have never seen that before. Great coaching cousin Eddie.

Or how about those "amazing" DE's that you were getting back. They were going to dominate....How many sacks did you have? Yeah, ZERO

Oh I know! I should have talked about how 3 Start Eddie got outcoached by a guy you said he was light years ahead of

While all of those would have been good, I think I should have gone with Cager. The transfer from the U that crushed your little baby gator dreams. The gap keeps getting wider. Better luck next year.

Dang I missed an opportunity to talk about the 10 missed tackles florida had. How many did UGA have you ask? Zero.

Or how about that Gap you all say you are closing. You just missed your best shot sport.

You lose everybody with any talent this year. UGA? Still fighting for the #1 recruiting class...again...and again.
