SG, since the SEC only has 2 Women's Lacrosse teams, (UF & VU) they first started off in the ALC for 5 years, winning the last 4 conference championships, then they switched to the better Big East which they have just won for the 2nd time in a row.

IF/when the SEC gets more teams, then they will of course move to SEC play.
Seven years in existence with the last 6 years as their conference Champions.
Yee-Haw!!!
