According to our count, the Gators are one under the limit & have but nine seniors. Meaning, even with attrition, this will be a small signing class for Florida.
As of today, Florida has 10 scholarships to give. You can always count on attrition. But normally, that would add 5-7 open ships between now and the end of the season.
Attrition can come from leaving early (Tabor, Brantley, Wilson) or injuries, players getting in trouble (Harris and Callaway) or simply leaving for a better opportunity (a few come to mind who probably won't contribute at this level).
Regardless, it would take an abnormal amount of players leaving for the Gators to get to a 20 man class.
15-17 is a more realistic number.
