I think those globalist idiots and our crooked US Senators really thought they could pressure Trump by having Zelensky act that way. Zelensky is surprised because he is used to getting rock star treatment. My guess is Europe doesn't do much except talk as usual.
Russia won't be giving Ukraine back that Donbass area and NATO is crazy if they think Russia will allow troops from those countries as some peacekeeping force anywhere near that Donbass area.

Zelensky new Trump's position. Hell we just voted with Russia and North Korea in the UN. Trump had already conceded several points to Putin without talking to Ukraine. Had he given the US minerals his own people would have likely lynched him. Zelensky already new he was f_cked before he got here. The only thing that makes sense is he was positioning for more European support.
I actually think any minerals deal is likely not to finance that much anyway as I think most areas it makes sense financially to mine them are in the area Russia controls now and will control. Pretty sure I read that somewhere a while back. The one thing Zelensky acting like an idiot did do is let Trump make it more clear to him any deal can't change what has already happened and he needs to understand that. Europe support isn't enough to change anything. Let's see Germany and the UK etc. sign something saying they are obligated to send their troops in there. I don't think Russia will ever go after the more western parts of Ukraine to keep because it wouldn't make sense for them to do it as that area doesn't like Russia like the Donbass area and it doesn't have much they would want economic or strategic wise either.
They need us a lot more than we need them. So who cares what they think? America first
If the Europeans are stupid enough to fund the war, then they'll get what they deserve. I don't think they were giving much money anyway and as long as we don't fund that clown, I don't really care.
I've never understood the left's hero worship of zelensky. I understand it even less after today.
Let's review the day for zelensky;
- Showed up in sweats to the White House. Got called out by Trump as soon as he exited his vehicle.
- Busted calling the Vice President a 'bitch' in Ukrainian under his breath
- Ukrainian ambassador to the US shown in the audience facepalming over zelensky's remarks.
- Gets thrown out of the White House.
- His staff starts texting Trump immediately saying zelensky will accept deal if they can come back
- Trump says no
Well he did suspend free press in the Ukraine and we know the left loves them some censorship
