You read the Bible.
I've read the Bible, several times and in multiple different versions.
You have your beliefs about GOD from the Bible and your religion, as do I.
The King James Bible, also known as the Authorized Version, is a translation of the Catholic Bible into English and Its history spans back to the early 17th century when it was commissioned by King James I of England. He protested needing a Catholic Priest, or sending money to the Pope. This is the origin of the many Protestant Sects. I was raised in the Southern Baptists version and I was Baptized in my early teens. The Catholics got their's from the Hebrew version, and the Hebrew got theirs from the Babylonians, who got theirs from Assyrians, the Akkadians, and the Sumerians.
What's been lost or changed in that many of man's translations over thousands of years???
(they left out the book of Enoch, among others)
The KJB is thought to have originated toward the end of the 3rd century BC or the beginning of the 2nd century BC. The earliest reference to this work dates around 132 BC. This translation is much older than the Masoretic translations of the first five centuries AD.
But it goes back even further. The Epic of Gilgamesh is an epic poem from ancient Mesopotamia. The literary history of Gilgamesh begins with five Sumerian poems about Gilgamesh (formerly read as Sumerian "Bilgames"), king of Uruk, some of which may date back to the Third Dynasty of Ur (c. 2100 BCE). These independent stories were later used as source material for a combined epic in Akkadian.
The Anunnaki, also transcribed as Anunaki, Annunaki, Anunna, Ananaki and other variations) are a group of deities of the ancient Sumerians, Akkadians, Assyrians and Babylonians. Sumerians revered the Anunnaki as heavenly beings that came down to Earth in ships and shaped the destiny of their society. But they were more than just mythical deities. The Annunaki according to ancient Sumerian cuneiform tablets, first arrived on Earth around 450,000 years ago. They created modern man as slave labor species by sampling their DNA with homo erectus.
"And God said, Let US make man in OUR image, after OUR likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the heavens, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth." -- Genesis 1:26-28 KJB >>>>> Faith...
I have also read Zecharia Sitchin's books like 'Genesis Revisited' and his other excellent (imo) books.
I have read Chariots of the Gods with all of the questions posed by Erich von Däniken, leaving others to come up with answers.
I have read about the gods of the Greeks, the Romans, the Vikings, and Buddha, among others.
I'm a fan of Ancient Aliens theory and what I see as the difference between the gods, and GOD Almighty.
I've also had actual physical experiences with UFO/UAP's that you have not had.
Reason
I don't want to or expect to, change anything about you or your own beliefs. (I don't need or want that responsibility)
It's very unlikely that you will change anything about me or my own beliefs.
In my own experience, people will believe whatever they are most comfortable with,,, and I'm fine with free will.
This is okay,,, each to his/her own in these esoteric subjects.
