I don't know yore background and upbringing, but 1.5 million in cash AND equity, isn't really all that much money. A house alone can net a few hundred g's if you've held it for a few years in the right neighborhood. Making money isn't rocket science, and it's not all that hard. Especially if you've taken honors classes in math in high school.
Please provide a list of projects you’ve worked on so sadgator can avoid those routes...

The maintenance side brings in nice, consistent cash flow.

UCF beat a very good USF team and a very good Memphis team twice. They also destroyed Maryland and they had a game scheduled against Georgia Tech that was cancelled due to the hurricane and they surely wouldn’t have destroyed them as well. Their final strength of schedule including the Auburn game varied depending on which ranking you look at but on average was middle of the road and not in the bottom half and they beat 4 top 25 teams including 1 top 10 team: USF, Memphis twice, and Auburn.
Would UCF have beaten Bama? Most likely not. But they very likely would have played a very competitive game and there wasn’t any other team last season that UCF couldn’t have beaten. Before you bash UCF, how many did you watch them play last season?

I watched 4 or 5 games last yr. I dont really like watching high school football though. I love the claim of beating a 4 loss Auburn team as the reason why they should be champs tho. That one gets me to giggle every time
