Different DOJ and DOJ leader. Really can't compare Trump to Hillary.

Pence and Biden allowed the DOJ to look and search. They didn't fight or try to hide documents. Trump was not charged for any document that he turned over (same as Biden & Pence), he was only charged for what he tried to hide.
