I wish he had done this 4 years ago when I had my 1st political forum. It was a hopping place and doing well until one day the hosts/platform decided to whack it without explanation. The second incarnation never exceeded 30 users and withered on the vine. But I hope he prevails at SCOTUS and that Facebook, Twitter et al are disabused from banning people or "fact checking" I believe the FCC bans certain words and those can be censored via AI and if a word gets by then a person should be able to report it to have the post edited by a human...edited not deleted and not having the person banned. Of course incitement and terrorist type stuff will still be taken down as that is the law.

BTW Paul Singer bought a major stake in Twitter and I am not sure why he hasnt ousted Dorsey yet and put the kibosh on the censoring and "fact checking" yet?

This and that should not "be allowed" He was a 70+ year old left wing hack and a former NYT editor. If anyone should have been for free speech it should have been a journalist.!!!!!!!!

I then created a free forum on a site and even allowed the leftist whiners to join. After almost 2 years the host site deleted the forum and quoted a line in the terms of service stating that they could shut down a forum for any or no reason and there was no appeal. It was assumed that the whiner had probably harassed the site owners about content he disliked. Up went board 3 but only about 30 people came over.

Then the remnant landed here.

Had hosts sites been barred by law from deleting a site unless it was engaged in unlawful activity then site 2 would be up and running strong.

These laws are needed and now. If I were to create a site using BBS software and host it as well as create a forum the domain service could still cut off my site. Access to the internet or even banking (paypal etc) should not be dependent on one engaging in only politically correct activities.

Site 3 is here and anyone is free to join. BTW I am NOT the one asking for donations. It is taptalk and it does NOT help my forum. It goes into their pockets! So ignore.
