When the US cuts it off they are basically done 100%. Russia already has control of the areas in the east they won't be giving back. Just curious if the western Ukranian people turn on Zelensky real fast with that money being cut off from the US.
Part of the "Trump plan" is to have European and non-European forces on the ground in Ukraine to keep the peace. No US troops and no US cash. This is NATO without the name or the US presence. Europe will fork over money unless they want to surrender to Putin. And I believe Trump will give NATO members a credit toward dues for spending on Ukraine.

I still believe Russia (and Putin) is the biggest threat to both us and the Western world, and that won’t change until Russia gets rid of him. This is my number two issue, and one of the key reasons I’m against MAGA (though not against Republicans—I am one). Trump’s fascist tendencies and his push for oligarchies are seriously concerning.
By the way, my number one issue is the separation of church and state. Religion should have no influence on policy. I don't think religion needs to disappear to have a peaceful society—everyone should be free to practice their faith. But it should never infringe on my freedoms. That’s why I’m anti-MAGA, but not necessarily anti-Republican.

China is already a big threat and growing worse. They have the GDP and infrastructure to compete. Russia long term does not. Ukraine shows that their equipment is inferior. But anyone who followed them after collapse knew their weapons are crap. SaDamn (H pronunciation) the shoe shine boy and his 4th largest army in the world fell in 4 months. All Russian crap. China only owns 380k acres of land in the US which I believe is 18th on the list of foreign nations. Not saying they aren't spying, etc etc but so is Russia. That's 1/10 the size of Houston.
Canada owns 3 times more land than China does.
Both nation states are problems. Both are run by state media that tries to brainwash its citizens. Not sure how it plays out but our CIA/crooked Western European countries plans have failed and Russia now has the eastern territory that if we didn't push Western Ukraine to start attacking in 2014 and then the joining NATO threats etc after that it probably would be different now. Especially if we gave assurances that Ukraine wouldn't be in NATO. The morons can live with their decisions now as Russia won't be giving that Donbass area back and the majority there back Russia over Ukraine anyway. That Donbass area isn't going back to Ukraine as part of some deal. You probably thought Ukraine was actually winning when our crooked media was reporting that nonsense the past few years also.. Russia has methodically took their objectives despite us putting all that aid and depleting some of our military stockpiles on certain things assisting Ukraine. Trump knows the war has already been won by Russia but he won't have Russia giving back that area either. About the only thing we got from giving Ukraine billions upon billions is knowledge of how drones has changed war but of course Russia has also. A complete waste of a huge amount of money while weakening our leverage with the dollar in international transactions.
