Trump begins negotiating end to Russia/Urkraine war

It wouldn't surprise me if he just wants to be forced out sooner rather than later and move to western Europe to spend all that crooked money he has obtained.

I'd say let em continue to kill each other while Ukraine is no longer receiving money from the US.

When the US cuts it off they are basically done 100%. Russia already has control of the areas in the east they won't be giving back. Just curious if the western Ukranian people turn on Zelensky real fast with that money being cut off from the US.

Part of the "Trump plan" is to have European and non-European forces on the ground in Ukraine to keep the peace. No US troops and no US cash. This is NATO without the name or the US presence. Europe will fork over money unless they want to surrender to Putin. And I believe Trump will give NATO members a credit toward dues for spending on Ukraine.

We shall see how it plays out.

Our LNG will come online and we will be able to cut Putin out of the loop. Once Europe can cut ties Putin is done. Trump cabinet Sec yesterday mentioned countering an adversary with our LNG exports. Russia Russia Russia!

I still believe Russia (and Putin) is the biggest threat to both us and the Western world, and that won’t change until Russia gets rid of him. This is my number two issue, and one of the key reasons I’m against MAGA (though not against Republicans—I am one). Trump’s fascist tendencies and his push for oligarchies are seriously concerning.

By the way, my number one issue is the separation of church and state. Religion should have no influence on policy. I don't think religion needs to disappear to have a peaceful society—everyone should be free to practice their faith. But it should never infringe on my freedoms. That’s why I’m anti-MAGA, but not necessarily anti-Republican.

I totally get why Ukraine is such a big deal, but sending them arms instead of troops is the right call. Europe is not our enemy—they’re our allies. Sure, there are flaws in the relationships, but they’re crucial for preventing large-scale wars.

Sorry if my thoughts seem a little jumbled—I'm dealing with the worst flu ever.

Oh, and when Alexander Dugin says “We won” after the election, that should give you pause.

Side Note: Trump also read India the riot act in regards to BRICs. Japan and India want LNG also. This of course will be sold in dollars! Trump claims BRICs will now fall apart. Good news for Pax Americana if true.

Bugrum say our resources are in the 100s of Trillions.

Iran and China are now on the clock!

Its China and its not even close.

No such thing actually exists and your fears are just plain nonsense. I don't know you but suspect it is born out of anti-religious bigotry.

They are trending the wrong direction on freedoms and immigration. You prevent large scale wars with strength. If European troops had been in Ukraine before the war then there would not have been a war. This is something even Trump would not have done. But the peace plan as currently envisioned requires such forces to work. Will Putin cave?

Reagan by the way believed in a 3 legged stool. Learn it and love it instead of fearing it. As John Adams would say the constitutional republic depends on it.

Let's see what happens...kinda like Napier, hoping for the best but setting myself up for disappointment. Trump has always been soft on dictators like Putin.

I'm also not saying China isn't a threat. They certainlyare...but it starts and ends with Russia. Cut off Putin and the path is clearer towards peace.

On the religion part...there are hundreds of different faiths in our country alone. Why should one faith tell the others how they should live?

Again, it's about personal freedom to choose what you do and how you do it in your own home. That's real freedom, unlike Maga.

China is already a big threat and growing worse. They have the GDP and infrastructure to compete. Russia long term does not. Ukraine shows that their equipment is inferior. But anyone who followed them after collapse knew their weapons are crap. SaDamn (H pronunciation) the shoe shine boy and his 4th largest army in the world fell in 4 months. All Russian crap. Sad when you need drones from Iran, weapons and soldiers from NK. Those drones from Iran were easily shot down by modern militaries like the USoA and Israel.

Chinas weapons may also be overhyped crap but I don't think they bluster like the Russians. I fear their capabilities based on size and GDP.

Its not going to. Never was. Unfounded fears. Just because a tenet is Christian does not mean it isn't also near universal in acceptance. The problem is the Rousseau notion of morality merely springing from a vote. It exist before a vote. The vote merely codifies it into law.

Sure. Seems the leftist went beyond that with censorship, woke and Obergefell !

I am pleased with the first month of Trump. I do not buy or get the dictator claims. And I am not on board with everything but will give him the benefit of the doubt.

I wonder why Putin waited to invade until AFTER Trump left office??? Whoda THUNK?? LOLOL You are either with US...or them. I have been a conservative longer than you have been alive...and you are NOT a conservative...quit your bullchitting. ONLY dimwads feel Russia is THE threat. You do not understand how weak they are I see.

Their army is mostly conscripts. Not the red Chinese that came over the 38th parallel in 1950.

When Russia starts buying up American land, starts conspiring with Canada to circumvent US tariffs, and when Russia starts flying SPY BALLOONS over the lower 48, then I'll buy your argument that Russia is our biggest threat.

Right now, China is the one doing all those things.

@Hotlanta_Bill if you think people like george Bush, John McCain, Liz Cheney and Mitt Romney are good republicans and what the party should be, that doesn't make you a pub, it proves you are a dem. Cause all those politicians work for the dems.

I suspect you are a lifelong dem. You sure talk like one.

China only owns 380k acres of land in the US which I believe is 18th on the list of foreign nations. Not saying they aren't spying, etc etc but so is Russia. That's 1/10 the size of Houston.

Canada owns 3 times more land than China does.

Both nation states are problems. Both are run by state media that tries to brainwash its citizens. Russia just happens to be better at it, way more volatile and a bigger threat for all out war because of their oligarchies. They have money all over America. If you don't believe that, you're fooling yourself.

And that's typically all the media tells you about the land China has purchased in the US.

Why is China buying land near 19 military bases? That we know of.

Aain, when you can show me Russia doing the same thing, I'll be just as worried about it. Just like when I see Putin take over Ukraine and begin marching through Eastern Europe like a hot knife through butter, I'll also believe that media spin.

Until any of that happens, I will continue to wonder why the media would continue to downplay the threat of one country to the US and wildly exaggerate the others?

Have you cross referenced that land vs where other nation states own in the US.

Again...I am not saying we don't have a problem with China. JBFC.

I don't think handing Russia whatever it wants helps any situation...which is what we're now setting up to do. That is the real money to follow...China can't be so stupid to buy ag land, that we're 100% aware of, only to spy on 19 of the 450 domestic bases we have.

Again, where does Canada own land in reference? Where do other countries? Maybe if we protected farmers better (this is an issue that needs to be owned by both sides), we wouldn't be having this conversation. Trump's tariffs were the last straw for many farms in his first term and this is one of the results.

Not sure how it plays out but our CIA/crooked Western European countries plans have failed and Russia now has the eastern territory that if we didn't push Western Ukraine to start attacking in 2014 and then the joining NATO threats etc after that it probably would be different now. Especially if we gave assurances that Ukraine wouldn't be in NATO. The morons can live with their decisions now as Russia won't be giving that Donbass area back and the majority there back Russia over Ukraine anyway. One of the big reasons Russia finally rolled in there.

We aren't handing Russia crap they have taken that Donbass area after the west provoked them to finally roll in there. Probably because a bunch of left wing naive idiots were making the decisions in our CIA and in those Western European countries.

I haven't. I don't need to do that to know that China owning land adjacent to at least 19 US military bases is very bad.

What Russia wanted in April of 2022 was an end to the war. Putin and Zelensky had both agreed to peace.

Two men stepped in to stop the deal from being signed: Boris Johnson and Joe Biden.

So you think we are giving Russia every thing they want, China can own all the land it wants on military bases, no biggie, and Trump is killing us with tariffs.

Ok thanks for giving us the latest news according to MSNBC.

Let's be honest: The libs don't like Putin cause he tells the truth about the left almost as well as Trump does. He calls them out on their corruption and that's why the media spins that Russia is our biggest threat. And he knows the left is using Ukraine to launder money, that's why he hasn't flattened them, which is what a power mad dictator would do. And that's what the left claims Putin is.

Because we all know how the left can't stand power mad dictators.

Hogwash. Alex Jones? RT? Definitely Putins mendacious fables.

Now I hope the plan works and a Euro force is in Ukraine. Don't think Putin should get to keep Donbass but if it means a significant euro force is in Ukraine I would be fine with such a plan as that ends the aventurism and will see Ukraine integrated into Europe's military and economic structure.

Meanwhile, best to head the thug off from Moldova while Trump has him checked.

Time for Putin to stick to Moscow and leave the geopolitics to Trump and Pax Americana.

Russia is a third rate power with nukes.

Of course you don't have you...because you don't want to. You're not interested in any truth.

Msnbc...Jesus christ. Seriously? That place is almost as bad as Fox News.

Since you MAGAs hate traditional media...I won't post anything from BBC or Reuters. I know, nobody would be interested in fact based and verified reporting when you can get fake news from Info Wars and various grifters on Twitter.

I did find this fun analysis on your fun maps. It's snopes so I'm sure it's well below your stanards.

Give it a spin and you can come back and call me a libtard or whatever childish shit.

BBC and Rueters are left wing trash. I don't watch news. But I do like Mrs Panahi out of aus. She is entertaining and I watch YouTube snippets

What? It doesn't matter if 1 other country is buying land next to military bases, or they all are. Either way, China doing so is bad. We all used to understand that our enemies owning land next to our military bases wasn't a good idea.

Reuters and BBC you say?

USAID even invoiced Reuters for LARGE SCALE SOCIAL DECEPTION as the service to be rendered.

If you watch 'fact based and verified reporting' from sources like Reuters, BBC, Associated Press, Politico and The New York Times, then you are literally getting your view of the world from sources that the United States government paid millions to lie to you.

Thanks to Trump and Elon, we literally have the receipts.

Let's stay on topic. I'm sure you're smart guy. You make sure to let us know how smart you are.

I didn't provide anything from Reuters or the BBC.

Did you read the map analysis?

You mean let's ignore the evidence that proves that Reuters, BBC, Associated Press, The New York Times and Politico were all paid by the US government to tell you lies about Trump?

What would be your reaction if we found out that Trump was payin Fox, OAN, InfoWars and Laura Loomer to create content for them?

You'd say it proves all those sources are corrupted and shouldn't be listened to.

And you'd be right.

PS: Please tell me you did not link to Snopes. They aren't even as credible as Alex Jones is, and Alex Jones is trash.

I don't know enough about this USAid thing to form an opinion yet. Waiting for more info to come out.

Again, back on topic. Stop trying to muddy the thread.

Nonsense. Even our crooked mainstream media reported on what Western Ukraine was pulling in Eastern Ukraine back in those years before getting their marching orders later. That Donbass area isn't going back to Ukraine as part of some deal. You probably thought Ukraine was actually winning when our crooked media was reporting that nonsense the past few years also.. Russia has methodically took their objectives despite us putting all that aid and depleting some of our military stockpiles on certain things assisting Ukraine. Trump knows the war has already been won by Russia but he won't have Russia giving back that area either. About the only thing we got from giving Ukraine billions upon billions is knowledge of how drones has changed war but of course Russia has also. A complete waste of a huge amount of money while weakening our leverage with the dollar in international transactions.

I don't know enough about this USAid thing to form an opinion yet. Waiting for more info to come out.
Ah! So do you employ this same tactic when CNN/WaPo/The New York Times/Politico or MSNBC makes a claim about Trump? Do you fact-check them?

Or do you run with whatever they post? Because all those sources have a history of creatin completely fabricated stories about Trump.

Snopes or no snopes...did you read it? It's interesting regardless of what side you're on.
Likewise, Snopes has a history of lying. So no, I didn't read your link from Snopes, because...I don't want to be lied to.

Which is a big difference between the average liberal, and the average American.

Perfect example: An average American and an average liberal are walking by a store when they see a TV inside blarin this:

"After the break, we'll have the latest on a prominent member of Congress who today admitted to committing pedophilia multiple times over the last 5 years. More on this developing story when we come back"

The average American would reply "OMG that's horrible! They should throw him in jail for life! At least!"

The average liberal would reply "Now wait a minute...was it a republican, or democrat?"

The average liberal employs relative morality. For instance here, you believe every rumor about Trump without question. Hell you think he's a Kin for goodness sake.

But when you are presented with evidence that makes the left look corrupt, suddenly you can't accept that. You need 'more information' to decide how you view it.

Liberals don't want to hear the truth, they want to be told the lie they want to hear. BBC, Reuters and Snopes are there to fill that need.
