What am I reframing, when you asked me? once again, ACTUALLY follow the thread. Fatman as well can't provide me saying that. It doesn't exist and you guys can stick together all you want. It doesn't change the fact that you said that I called him a WS and neither one of you can support that claim.

Fatman is correct that the thread became about whether a nonwhite person can be a WS or not. Now he is incorrect with saying that I started it or that I am making it about that because YOU started it by asking me and others replied to something YOU started.

Unlike you, I gave a timeline. to support my claims. All you did was ignore. I am frustrated and fighting against a lie because I know how people like fatman will misrepresent this convo later in life. I am nipping that in the bud RIGHT NOW.

I haven't gotten into the weeds of this thread to honestly make a judgment as to where the fault mainly lies, but it is hard for me to not give the benefit of the doubt to you and it has nothing to do with you. It is totally my VERY OWN experience with KalimGoodman. Everything he accuses you of I have seen first hand FROM HIM. He has zero self awareness. So when he asks another poster "Where did I post that" or words to that affect, I think thats a legitimate question. But I guess when I have posed almost that exact question to him, he just ignores it. That's why I am better off just not engaging rather than asking questions that just get ignored.

That's not bad. I made some steaks and ribs last time. My neighbor made grilled bananas. That was odd and different but really tasty. I recommend it, if you're a banana person.

Some purists don’t think it’s BBQ if it’s not pork.

If you don’t mind trading in your pride get a sous vide machine (and a vacuum sealer) for steaks.

Put your fav rub (or just salt and pepper) on a prime ribeye and vacuum seal it, put that in a sous vide water bath at 135F for 3 hours (I literally use a Home Depot bucket). Take it out, dry it thoroughly and sear it 90 seconds a side on a really hot grill. Gives it the Maillard effect and grill marks, the steak is already fully cooked.

It’ll be the best Med rare steak you’ve ever had. There’s a reason Sous Vide is banned from competition.

Pro tip: save the juice from the sous vide step and pour it back on the steak once you take it off. It’s money and adds moisture back into the meat.

Friends and family will think you’re weird until they taste the steak.
