For all the libs crying afoul about the Texas lawsuit let me explain it very simply. According to the US constitution only the state legislature, only the state legislature, ONLY THE STATE LEGISLATURE can create or amend laws pertaining to the electoral process. In each of these 4 states either the executive, judicial or some combo of the two branches created and amended laws pertaining to the 2020 election. This is a clear disregard to the constitution. Can you libs see and understand that? Does it need to be explained more simply?

It's in their name...they want mobocracy not a republic...can't have rule of law override "democracy"...but what you have is rule of men (judges govs sos ags) instead of law. You rights are then subject to the mobs morals of the day

Agreed. They also violate equal protection of the vote for me pretty simply. How are you gonna send out 7.7 million unsolicited ballots in the state of Michigan without any form of signature match in place? How can a lib says that constitutionally correct vs someone who voted in person while showing ID?
Libs please do respond.

Section II, Article I (pretty much right up front) reads:

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.

I don't see Governor, Sec of State or really anyone else mentioned. We need SCOTUS to empower these state Legislatures as the Founding Fathers intended. It's their civic duty to step up when needed to fix fraudulent elections propped up by crooked elected officials. They don't need anyone's permission to call a Special Session either.

This is how the sheep get brainwashed.

@LizardGrad89 has already told us that Texas had no standing and no case. Which is 100% wrong, but he was hearing that from somewhere.

So lefty media starts out telling the sheep a lie. Then when they are proven wrong, instead of admitting they lied, lefty media doubles down and claims the SC is SUBVERTING THE CONSTITUTION.

This is what the left always does, and this is why the sheep have no idea what is happening in the real world.

It's the core strategy of "blame them for whatever malfeasance you commit".

It's part of the Saul Alinsky "Rulebook for Radicals" M.O. and they've perfected it.
