i will say this again, its by far the best car i have ever owned, there is nothing close, bmw, mercedes lexus etc etc. the battary on road trips sucks, thats not debable, but for a local or semi local car its spectacular. its the future and the futrue is here. no idea why we would offer subsidies for them though, tesla is dominating. i will give elon credit, he is a lot like trump. he threatened to vote for the pubs and magically he gets subsidies!!! comical.

the rivian is an amazing vehicle, my buddy just traded in his tesla after one year for a profit of 11k, to buy the rivian...he prefers the rivian...of course that could be because its his new toy.... why would you want a gas powered car if you can afford an ev??? only reason would be fighting ghosts...LOL>

I am not making myself clear. My fault. I am not denying this is the direction we are going. Like it or not...those decisions were made long ago. I just do not like all of the false pretenses...and LYING going on to further their agenda's. Case in point...the green new deal signed last week gave buyers credits to buy new EV's...7500 dollars. GM AND Ford raised their prices approx 6500-8500 THE SAME DAY. That is BS. Secondly, they do not need to lie about the capabilities and costs of these vehicles. They are NOT green. That is 100% a lie. They are catching fire. GM could not sell their Bolts for almost a year because of battery fires. Still many are not available for sale. The had to replace EVERY SINGLE battery in EVERY bolt. And our power grid in NOWHERE close to being capable of a huge influx of these plugging in every night w 220 volt power cords. Why all of the lying? Do you ask yourself about that? Why are they pushing this SO HARD? I KNOW....$$$$$$$$$$ in THEIR pockets. And there are going to be SO MANY unhappy people who have to replace these batteries...go google it..it is already happening.
