The highest Gators basketball can be now in the SEC Tournament is a No. 8 seed

With Ole Miss (10-8 SEC) and Georgia (10-8 SEC) victories today, the best Florida (8-9 SEC) can seed in next week's SEC Tourney is at No. 8 overall. Alabama (8-10 SEC) lost today, but the Crimson Tide beat the Gators previously this season.

Only 13 teams are participating in the SEC Tournament this year, as Missouri is ineligible for the postseason.
