And what does Obama now blame for the failures of healthcare.gov? The federal procurement system. His teleprompter must not have gotten the memo that OFPP is in charge of setting procurement policy, and that agency is fully under his domain of control. Nor does his teleprompter understand the irony and circular logic of blaming big government for the failure of a big government initiative.

If only he could effect executive branch policy...

You know that this kind of failure is a good thing.....mistakenly, people think it points out government bureaucratic failures, ...but actually it indicates the bureaucracy isn't big enough!! We obviously need an IT Czar and a website Czar....and a Lawyer's caveat Czar that will post limitiations to all policy promises made by key government officials in small script under the telecast.

All this fiasco has done is show us how we need to improve government to make it better. New Czars with undefined powers and more spending will solve this, after the people pay even more of their fair share of taxes ~ because more government is good for the children. And the website developers, who were known to have a past history of crappy performance, they need another huge project....how can we improve our technological base in this nation if we let our best and brightest fall after every failure...we need them to continue to have chances to improve.!
