Trump begged for negative rates wanted a weak dollar and ran a 7 trillion dollar deficit over his four years. Most fiscally liberal president we ever had. What we needed was Reagan’s broadening of the tax code and reduction in marginal rates what he gave us were populist tax cuts and deficit spending.
