What in the hell was this? Mullen should have just forfeited at half time. Not playing Trask was the same as taking a knee. I'm afraid Gator football might not be fun anymore for a long time. This season was actually a hoot, fun to watch, in spite of a pathetic defense. I have NO CLUE what Mullen was thinking tonight, even though over half of the skill position offense decided to sit out the game. But you don't just stop trying. This was not a spring practice, which is what Mullen turned it into.
The play calling in the red zone was terrible. Trask was terrible, the defense was more horrendous than usual.
Are those the defensive coaches? Do you feel there are better ones out there that Mullen has ties to?
I like Charlie Strong but he isn’t able to adapt and hasn’t adapted to the way the game is being played now.
