Supreme Court rejects hearing on Vaccine mandates

No surprise here. Vaccine mandates has pretty much been established long for decades.
That's why this entire debate is crazy to me. Some people are acting like this is new or some kind of government/business take over.

Title is a bit misleading. One judge acted unilaterally, it wasn’t the entire court. And she didn’t rule on it, it’s another example of judicial restraint.

That said the debate surrounds the level of approval the vaccines haven’t received and the fact we’re being given the mushroom treatment when it comes to adverse events from the vaccines.

But legal precedent favors mandates, I’m not sure anyone would have argued that. Doesn’t mean it’s something we all go along with willingly.

They don’t need the vaccines to do this they are doing it through many other avenues like the infrastructure bill and the green energy policy that’s destroying our country while creating a economic boom for other countries.

Our country is controlled by a few mega rich intellectual elites that think they know what’s best for the rest of us and it will destroy the United States the last great bastion of freedom and it’s sad. But they don’t need a vaccine mandate to do that.

I don't trust the FDA for shit but it would be a huge step for me personally. They are bureaucrats and they have steps they follow to review drugs for approval. That's better than nothing.

Safe and effective vaccines take time to develop. It took decades to develop the Polio vaccine and a few more decades to inoculate the population. Granted, we've come a long way since then - and I still consider the fact that even if some vaccines are showing 42% efficacy it's a medical miracle we have them. But this timetable is unprecedented. Couple that with the mushroom treatment on adverse effects, the intense pressure from a gov't many distrust and you have to understand some people are going to be on the fence. Fight Covid toe to toe or cross your fingers and enter a late stage vaccine trial...both have unknown levels of risk.

I know what you were talking about, and I’m pointing out they don’t need vaccine mandates they’re already doing what others are alluding to quite effectively to multiple other mechanisms.

This^^^the FDA would approve poison for human consumption if you simply list the side-effects. That's why people are wary that the side-effects are being withheld. If they (vaccines) are completely safe then why would the FDA not approve them?
 
Not all, but I do think you will see a large % of unvaxxed go once its offically approved.
If they have to list the side affects (And I believe that's a requirement for FDA approval), then it will not convince a lot of people on the fence to get vaccinated. I think it will confirm to them that they were smart to STAY on the fence.

Maybe, but if my dick is likely to fall off I'd like to know that beforehand.
