IF it's standard U.S. practice (no it's not), then why attempt to impeach Trump by falsely claiming that he was doing it? o_O ---- Little girl, your slip is showing yet again...

Your Dim-Moe-Rats attempted a partisan coup impeachment, by falsely claiming that Trump had done what Joe and Obomba actually did. FAILED BTW, no bribery or Quid by DT.

So, Joe committed criminal bribery with a Quid-Pro-Quo as the Ukraine Corruption 'Point Man,' not Unilaterally as he was appointed and directed by Obomba, making both criminals under both Ukraine and International Law. And you agree with and support it, by claiming that the U.S. does it as a standard practice, against our own laws.... o_O

Thank you for posting here. It has a pretty good chance of embarrassing other clueless Libs that it's time for them to WTF-UP and switch parties...
I’ll say it again. Quid pro quo is Not illegal, per se. only when done for personal benefit. Comprende?

So if a high level official threatens a government with a major reduction in supporting funds to stop a criminal investigation that involves his son - is that illegal and/or personal benefit?

If a subsequent high level official asks that government to open up the previous case closed for personal benefit, is that not a valid request regardless of whether the same or different parties?

It didn’t involve his son. So your premise is incorrect.

Comprende???
--- Did you just make that word up, or are you having Hispanic flash-backs now?

You mean Joe being the Point Man for laundered / stolen US Aid dollars from the Ukraine, to distribute to the corrupt in the U.S. is not really a Quid-Pro-Quo crime, since it was primarily for others? Sorry, but Joe got his share of the loot.

But it was Quid anyway, because he got the Ukraine Prosecutor fired that was going after his son, among others. (or don't you think that saving his own son's corrupt ass is a 'personal benefit)

Ukraine judge orders Joe Biden be listed as alleged perpetrator of crime in prosecutor’s firing. Latest twist in Ukraine impeachment drama could stretch into Biden’s fall campaign as fired prosecutor seeks legal remedy in courts. By: John Solomon, May 19, 2020:

True: Joe Biden was the Obama administration's point man on Ukraine while his son was working for Burisma, visiting the country several times from 2014 to 2016. True: The then-vice president did tell Ukrainian leaders they had to fire Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin to get $1 billion in U.S. aid, according to a version of the story Biden himself told in 2018.
