I meant to mention this before and it slipped my mind. After being cut by the Miami Dolphins he was out of football for a few weeks and then added to the Buffalo Bills practice roster.
He was then brought up to the 53 man squad late in the year. In those last four games or so, the light clicked on or something.
He was a completely different player, making explosive play after explosive play to earn himself a contract extension and what might be a pretty prominent role in the Bills offense next year.
