Spoke with a source about day two of spring practice on Wednesday. Really fast-paced practice overall for the most part. A lot of two-spot drills. Team run, skelly, team force, teach period with the offense and defense. Kept everything at an active pace to improve conditioning and have players thinking quickly, and the source was surprised with how well the team adjusted to how fast and chaotic the pace was. Team also had an 11-on-11 near the end of practice. Overall, both units looked pretty good during it, according to the source. Grier and Harris saw the majority of the snaps during the 11-on-11 drill.
