Yes, the snake-looking building.
I think the snake resemblance is intentional, though exaggerated by the fisheye lens lens effect. The aerial view reinforces the snake head effect. The H.R. Geiger looking sculpture behind the stage is morbid.
As to the intention behind it, it could be symbolic of world controlled by Satan. The sculpture is evocative of a tangle of blasted flesh from a nuclear holocaust.
I assume the conclusion I am supposed to draw is that they are secretly worshipping the devil, but I honestly don’t know what the specific intention was. Maybe they just have a passion for herpetology.
