I've seen Clemson struggle against lesser teams this year. Don't get me wrong Clemson is very good but Bama got out played and coached tonight. The SEC is the dominate conference regardless of how a few bowl games went this year.

I wish our toughest games every year were Louisville, Syracuse, Pittsburgh or Virginia Tech.

Instead we have to play Georgia, LSU, and now an improving Kentucky squad who just pantsed a decent Penn State.

I count Tennessee and Florida State as annual wins now since they hired Steamboat Willie and one of the crash test dummies as their respected head coaches.

I actually think Miami made a mistake in not hiring Babers from Syracuse. That guy is a rising star.

Clemson played Pittsburgh in the ACC title game. That alone should tell you how good that conference is.

Also is someone trying to bring the Big 12 into this discussion? The Big 12 is only ahead of the Pac 12 when it comes to P5 conferences.

The Clemson/Texas A&M game on Sept. 7 should be a really good one. If Clemson wins there's not much standing in their way of another undefeated season. The rest of their schedule is Georgia Tech, Charlotte, Wofford, South Carolina, Boston College, FSU, Wake Forest, Louisville, NC State, North Carolina, Syracuse.
Here is Alabama's 2019 schedule: Duke, New Mexico St., South Carolina, Southern Miss, Ole Miss, @Texas A&M, Tennessee, Arkansas, LSU, Miss. St., Western Carolina, Auburn. Aggies could be the key to both teams.

I am not as big an SEC homer as some people but the SEC gets the most top recruits that is for sure. I don't think we had that great of a bowl record this year except against the Big 10.
