10 days ago, I would have said YES.

Maybe they can rush him into the ring as damage control for his Jags PR nightmare.

sadgator and his crew will be in attendance.

Anybody have any tips on the best route in to the stadium parking areas and where/how to park. sadgator will be coming from I-4 Orlando and will be on the later end of an arrival. Never been to RJS.

Take I-4 to the end.
Go North on I-275 to HILLSBOROUGH Ave West.
Make a left (South) on HABANA Ave or Armenia Ave
Park in the neighborhood between Tampa Bay Ave and Columbus ave.

That's the general area I like to park if I do not have a parking pass.

Stay away from HCC parking, it's impossible to get out after the game.

Just my 2 cents.

Mons Venus is basically across the street from the stadium, so I recommend you park there, then go in there, then stay in there. Forget the game.

We may not have a "character clause", like the HOF, that some voters apply in their decision, but if handled in the same way and with the same consideration.......I would say no.

Things could be said about Meyer during and after his tenure at UF, and if we werent defensive and stepped back from the fanhood....could understand the validity of those things.

Billy Donovan, someone else that won a couple natties, was honored and the basketball court was changed to his name. I think there is a difference between these two men and the legacy they left....and it wasnt just about winning. Its different sports, but they both worked at UF at the same time and I often think about them being connected, in a sense, because of winning a natty in bb and fb the same year.

Lets not forget the most important word isnt "ring", but "honor". Putting Meyer's name next to Tebow, Spurrier, Wuerffel, etc.....just feels wrong.

I don't like the ring of honor. It elevates individuals above their teammates who worked just as hard for the Gators. There's always going to be a gray area, like with Meyer.
