No position is recruited more aggressively by college football teams than quarterback, and the SEC has made it a priority to get quarterbacks committed earlier than most conferences. Right now, five schools in the conference have 2018 quarterback commits, and the rest of the conference is battling over a few big names. So what are the options?

FLORIDA
Number of offers: 6
Top target: Artur Sitkowski
Breakdown: Lawrence is still in play here as well but is a bit of a long shot. With that in mind, the Gators have zeroed in on Sitkowski, who has already visited this fall. Another name to keep in mind is the Las Vegas-based Dorian Thompson-Robinson, who is acting as a solid third option.Florida has playing time to sell, which could help. It could also explain why the Gators have offered six quarterbacks.
