Listening to Bongino's podcast, it may be that Trump is waiting till Mueller releases his findings, because if what PapaD and Bongino were saying is correct, it sounds like there was no basis for the Mueller investigation at all, and Trump may be waiting to reveal that via declass if Mueller tries to report that there was collusion.
