Condon made a 3 early, but Haugh was 4 for 6, including 2 late that spurred the great comeback. Condon has slumped since he's come back from his ankle injury, but Haugh has been getting better and better.

Well with 2 minutes left, Bamers are toast. Worst game of the year they played in. The Dookies played in the shittiest conference in the country, but nevertheless they are seriously maybe the best team in the country anyway, it may not matter. Hopefully we get to that final and expose them as just a good team, not the best. They have the talent, we have a 10 man bench whereas they only have a great starting 5.
I think we match up better than anyone else but if we do make the final game I would rather Duke lose to the Houston - TN winner.
I think Houston is a mirage. But everyone has opinions, I have mine.
This team has put my heart and adrenaline through the most lethal rides of any sports events i've ever watched just in this tournament.. I thought they had us, but when Walt hit the one to tie my heart was probably in the 200's, when he hit the one for the lead with a minute left I was damn near trembling because I could not believe what I was witnessing.. we came back from the dead, again. This team will always have a special place in my heart, I love this team and I said it all along all I wanted was for them to get a chance to play on the big stage in the Alamo Dome.. Thank God they got what they deserved, there's nothing like watching the journey of your team making a Final Four run. Todd Golden was so big in finding a way to win this game too, we're so lucky to have him. It's a proud day boys, we haven't had many great ones like this to be grateful for in too many years now. Now lets go win the whole god damn thing
I think Florida is the only team left that can beat Duke, but it will be tough. As big as we are, they are bigger. They have length, talent and they play tenacious defense. Plus they can flat out shoot. Their 7'2" guy is a rim protector who moves well. But, if we play a complete 40 minutes like we did in the SEC tournament and earlier at Auburn, we can beat anybody. But first we have to beat the Auburn/Michigan State winner. (And I hope it's the Spartans we face.)
What a fantastic game. If you are a Gator fan this little short video of 20 minutes is a must see. We witnessed a classic game for the ages and one of the most important wins in Gator history.

The best thing about that comeback was of course the Gators winning.
The second d best thing was that both teams were out of timeouts and we could watch the teams play basketball without constant interruption.
Todd Golden is a young coach but he coaches like a seasoned veteran. The job he has accomplished this season is remarkable. None of our players were ranked as the "best" coming out of high school and he went to the portal and made a team out of them. A great team. Heck, he got Walter Clayton, Jr from Iona. What in the hell is an Iona!
The man deserves a heck of a raise in salary.
I just love having a team now you know can come from behind and win. You will always blow a few 2nd half leads during the season but having a coach that doesn't play tight when you have a nice lead is nice also. Coach White drove me crazy with that strategy costing us many games.
I love the passion he has for the team and for the game.
He is getting a lot of national exposure and I can see a lot of AD's putting him on their wish list. But I think he really likes our Gators and knows he can build something very special here.
I think to win it all we are gonna have to step up the intensity the entire game and not the last 5 minutes if we are trailing. Duke will NOT let you back in the game if you get down. They made BAMA look bad who averaged 90 points a game all year.
Gators are going to have to get back to that late reg season/SECT form if they are going to beat Duke, because that is how Duke is playing right now.

It seriously is a great re-watch. The Gator crowd roaring gets progressively louder with each three that goes in.
By the end, the whole scene is totally chaotic…when Clayton hits the three to tie Albert loses his hat…the cheerleaders go apeshit mugging for the camera on the walk back three…totally stressed out Texas Tech fans, it’s amazing…

I honestly think this was the kind of game they needed for the tourney. Texas Tech has been to the big dance consistently over the last several years despite so many head coaches leaving their school for geener pastures. It won't be long before Grant McCasland leaves TT for greener pastures.
I'm also not surprised how nobody here gave TT any credit for what they almost pulled off against UF.

Big Blue Nation is pretty happy with Mark Pope.... at least for now LOL. Golden has earned his pay and surely will get a nice raise and an extension after the season.

Has this EVER happened in modern day NCAA tournament history? It is the chalkiest chalk that I can ever remember. If Yahoo is still paying out a million dollars for getting their brackets right, they will be paying out someone this year.
