Collins - He has had a top defense two years in a row. Read his name mentioned with recruits alot.
Gray - Getting good corners and coaches best group on the team.
Shannon - He has brought Anzalone and Davis to all star caliber and recruits great in south Florida.
Rumph - Hasn't recruited as good as advertised. His d-line is on point so that makes up for it.
Skipper - Running backs are the second best group behind defensive backs.
Dixon - Does good recruiting but he hasn't developed another receiver to go with Callaway
Nussmiere - Quarterbacks look better than they have recently but offense is just ok.
Summers - Do we miss out on all our top line recruits because our line sucks or does our line suck because we miss out on all our top line recruits?
Nord - tight ends and special teams coach. He hasn't signed a top tight end yet either
