Since apparently Napier is running it back with the same staff next season I think it’s fair to ask…is his coaching staff, including GM and S&C, on par with the other P4 playoff teams?
Why or why not?
My answer? Not even close.
This staff IMO just absolutely reeks of amateurish and inexperienced. It does not feel like a legitimate structured championship caliber staff.
An example? We had an experienced GM last year that Georgia somehow poached at the start of the season and Napier just promoted someone with no experience to the role.
I feel like we’re paying more money for a bargain bin staff and that’s why right now I expect more of the same next year.
Look at the resumes of all our staffs…what about it screams championship level?
For crying out loud we don’t even know who was calling plays on Defense last year.
You just don’t see schools like Ohio State, Alabama, Georgia, Penn State etc do this.
