Actually, the first paragraph from the original post in this large parts of it that I agree with. COVID-19 was definitely engineered in the laboratory probably accidentally through Gadde function. I’ve been saying that pretty much from the beginning and I got chastised by people for that first.

I tried to find the CDC reference and couldn’t. Perhaps someone of your stature could.

And the NYT article says “suggests”, not that the 1/3 number is conclusive. It’s also refers only to “recent deaths” which is a very low number. Weve always known there are other contributing factors other than just Covid. I presented the excess death number because it concludes that many Covid deaths went unreported so the 1.2 million “excess deaths” proves the significance of the virus contributing to increased mortality. You can quibble with the exact number all you want, but it just shows you are missing the forest through the trees.

But in your world, I guess Covid was a big nothing burger and EVERY country around the world overreacted. Once again, you are posting a misleading snippet to preach your agenda.

I’m not averse to vaccines and I didn’t withhold vaccines from my children as they were growing up.

However, the Covid “vaccine” is more akin to gene therapy than a classic vaccine. I despised the mandates that coerced healthy people to get the “vaccine”. As a matter of personal conscience, I was also troubled by the fact the Covid “vaccines” were developed using aborted stem cells.

I ultimately got the two-shot regimen under duress from my wife, mother in-law and my employer. Thankfully I didn’t get all those boosters.

And the author wasn't totally wrong, he just exaggerated one of the two sources' claims. To be fair to him, the CDC can change that page any time they want, so it may have been right when he wrote the article.
