This is truly bizarre.

At first Pelosi said Pence better get rid of Trump, if he didn't they would consider impeaching him. This was on Thursday.

They called Pence, he kept Pelosi on hold for *25* mins, then his secretary told her Pence wouldnt take her call.

So then she said she was gonna vote to impeach. I think the turtle said the Senate wouldn't hear it?

So NOW she's saying on Monday they will vote on whether or not to ask Pence to invoke the 25th Amendment. Which Pelosi has already told, and Pence wouldn't even talk to her.

If the vote passes, then they will give Pence 24 hours to dump Trump. If he doesn't.....then I guess they will vote to impeach?

The whole point of the 25th Amendment is you invoke it because the President doesn't have the mental capacity to execute his job. So time is of the essence. That's why you invoke the 25th Amendment, because you IMMEDIATELY need a transfer of power.

Pelosi been dicking around for 3 days on this now. Telling Pence he BETTER do it....or we might....hold a vote on asking you to reconsider doing it!

What a clown show.

Johnathan Turley is not a “fan” of President Trump by any stretch of the imagination. He’s an academic liberal, but one thing that sets Mr. Turley apart from the others on the left is that he’s not a stark-raving mad Stage 5 TDS victim.

He’s kept his wits about him and he’s focused on facts and law, not emotion and frothing at the mouth like so many of our creepy “friends” on the left.

Turley has taken to Twitter to make some sense of this mess and he really nailed it.

Here’s what he said:

“…The damage caused by the rioting was enormous, but it will pale in comparison to the damage from the new precedent of a “snap impeachment” for speech protected under the 1st Amendment. It would do to the Constitution what the rioters did to the Capitol: Leave it in tatters.
While I was highly critical of the President’s remarks, he never actually called for violence or a riot. Indeed, he expressly told his followers “to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.” Such marches are common in both federal and state capitols.”

"...If leftists rightfully won the 2020 presidential election, and now the subsequent Georgia Senate runoff, one would think we'd see a measured process for transitioning Joe Biden and Kamala Harris into the presidency and vice presidency.

What we're seeing instead is chaos. A myriad of leftist entities, from pols to Media, Big Tech, Hollywood, and others, are whipped into a frenzy to silence dissent and cut short the president's term.

There are so many threats now: The 25th Amendment, impeachment, punishment, and threats of punishment of anyone who dares question the legitimacy of the vote, and now mass censorship of the president and American citizens? Are these necessary when a peaceful transition of power is scheduled to occur in a mere 10 days?

If you have the truth, pound the truth. If you don't have the truth, pound the table.
What we are witnessing is a tantrum of spoiled children, pounding the table.

We know they lied. They know they lied. We know they know they lied. The more that they flail about, the more at peace you should feel that our cause is just..."
