Jezebel was the wife of Ahab.
Ishmael was the son of Hagar the maid of Abraham's wife.
She was an Egyptian. Arab means mixed as in mixed race. Ishmael, it is said by some scholars, molested Issac and that is why he was banished. Its says Ishmael mocked Issac in the translation but that does not make sense given the angry response by Sarah.
Gen 21:8 The child [Isaac] grew and
was weaned; and Abraham made a great feast on the day that Isaac was
weaned. 21:9 But Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, whom she had borne to Abraham, metzacheq.
It makes a point to mention weaned twice. Ishmael IMO was forcing Issac into oral sex.
In Genesis 21:9, Sarah sees Ishmael מְצַחֵק metzacheq and tells Abraham to banish the boy. The verb has long been interpreted innocently, as laughing or playing, yet this may not be what it means. | Dr. Lisbeth S. Fried

Later Isaacs son Jacob, called Israel, and Esau, the father of Edom, which means red (Esau had red hair) had a falling out. Esau left home and joined his uncle Ishmael and they are the fathers of the Arabs.
Herod the king of Israel during Jesus' time was an Edomite convert to Judaism and not a Jew by birth. He is referred to as an Idumean.
