Looks like she's not only going to Paris but will likely get to choose between the 5000m and 10,000M or she may choose to do both. Time for her to start looking for a beret (but please drop the duck lip photos). 
5000M:
It was presumed that 10,000M was her best chance. After finishing 4th at the Trials thaT seemed to validate that thought. Well, the 5000M Elle St Pierre winner finished in the Top 3 in her preferred race the 1500M. This week she said she would remove herself from 5000M contention. Parker not only finished 4th but also had already met the qualifying standard (unlike the 10,000M), so the 3rd spot is hers IF SHE WANTS IT.
10,000M:
Parker finished 2nd , but to make the team, you need either a Top 27 world ranking. (Parker was #29) or a qualifying standard, Parker had neither but the hope was enough would drop out due to injuries or other race preferences and she would slide up at least 2 spots. That now looks like a foregone conclusion. In fact the #3 from Trials, Karissa Schweizer (Ranked #30) is also likely to have that option, though she may have the same decision to make as Parker: 5000M or 10,000M or both.
