Good but they need to be on "probation" while we verify compliance and that there are no side or hidden deals with anyone.

US Navy needs a free transit deal.

How they determine rates needs to be discussed and some deal reached that sees our hand is guaranteed in the calculus.

Also if we have a defense treaty, that may need to be revisited to ensure we get a cut of the money too. Send it straight to the debt.

Oh and payment by all countries must be in USD.

Trump accomplished EXACTLY what he wanted to accomplish, even though our mentally slower population takes him literally every time he speaks. Expect some sort of change in the tariff situation after he speaks with mexican and canadian leadership today. This guy INVENTED this kind of bargaining.
