The national media-morons seem to believe that the whole country is like where they live and work along with the other Rat controlled chit-holes. In my small town and rural community, none of the crap that goes on daily elsewhere ever touches us.
Bidenomics and inflation does trickle down to here, but not much else....
My county's crime rates in the 4 main categories are A+ A+ A- and A+.
Better than 80% of my county's adult population own guns, and many are CCW.
If the chit-hole Rat-controlled dumps burn to the ground and the Progressive Marxist controlled Socialist-U's go broke, then that's a positive for the America that I grew up in. When the smoke and dust settles, we'll still be here....

I doubt you disagree as much as you misunderstand. Three points:
1. Fox exaggerates. “Every campus in the country,” for instance. It’s the way ALL news talk shows work whether conservative or liberal. In fact, per Wall Street Journal these thousands of outbreaks are massive in concentrated areas, pretty small in others. For instance, at UF a pro-Israel Jewish speaker attracted only 45 anti-Israel demonstrators from an enrollment of 50,000-plus.
2. As posted above, 95% of students probably do not support Hamas or its objectives. I would guess that percentage is about 98%.
3. These “students” are mostly not students at all but paid demonstrators.
Waaaaay back when I was a UF student there was protest over Nixon’s decision to bomb Cambodia. Governor Askew dispatched National Guardsmen, state highway patrolmen and sheriff’s deputies from surrounding counties to thwart the horde of “UF student demonstrators”. Certainly there were plenty, but my friends and I met out of towners, one who explained that they were paid as they travelled to various campuses. Someone paid for their clothes and transportation. Their purpose was to swell crowds and stir up trouble by looking like university students.
This has been going on since the 1960s. It’s true of many of these protestors.
That doesn’t take away from the reality that faculties are overwhelmingly leftward. It reaches down at least into high schools and now with the transgender movement to children as young as four. It reflects a 60-tear agenda to fundamentally destroy this country’s pride in its past achievements, pouring contempt on everything good in our American story.
I do agree EVERY news outlet (they really are not any news outlets anymore) only shows what they think will entertain their audience. FNC is no friend of mine, or just about any poster back here. However they are one of the only ones I can stomach. (at least their "talent" are beautiful, VERY smart ladies and fun to watch. I USED to be GLUED to them (during wars especially) (usually 4-5 hours a day) but they are foxes in sheep clothing. Even back in the 60's and 70's...the evening news were very biased...showing the death count every day of the Vietnam war. But no where NER what this mess has become! Yes, the attractive women fit the “fox” emphasis. 🤣. Same with me, just not many places to find the other viewpoints in opposition to the networks and their cable outlets as well as CNN. I subscribe to the Wall Street Journal, believe it or not the Northwest Florida Daily News where I have some long, long ago history and get the Gannett coverage, and I read the free Straight Arrow News online. Straight Arrow News strives to report without bias and offers counter-balancing editorials both liberal and conservative. They show you, also, how the rest of the media is covering or ignoring particular news stories. It’s a bit embryonic but worth checking out. In Raleigh we have a weekly print newspaper called The North State Journal with a very ambitious vision of going statewide someday as a daily, hoping to challenge the Charlotte Observer and its twin Raleigh News & Observer. It has a very conservative lean and includes a few national correspondents.
You have to search to get the larger view.
Unfortunately, the battle is being lost through illegal immigration and disparate birth rates. Something that can perfectly, without lifting one weapon, can easily undermine a Republican form of democracy.
why would that be? why do people assume just because these folks are not white they are democrats? in Miami, the epicenter of illegal immigration, the hispanics are mostly pubs, real pubs not the bible thumping faux cons. they work and take care of themselves and love the opportunity given to them, unlike the pampered entitiled lazy Americans that have been here living off the fat of the land for a few generations. the country needs a common sense party free from religions of all types from christianity to climatology.
I quit the daily news 15 years ago. They even do a horrible job locally. And their left leaning views always made me angry, when their audience was 75% conservative. I really wish there was a place that I could get unbiased news, instead of biased opinions. I KNOW the difference. I just watch FNC because it is just about the only place that the coverage is NOT so heavy left. Newsmax is boring...their talent is fractional of what FNC has. I have found I watch some people on FNC in stead of watching FNC. In other words...I watch some shows...and not others because of the hosts/hostesses. Such a shame what 24 hour news has become

We had a similar situation at FSU since we share that timeframe or so it appears.
Lots of students were upset about events happening - including the more conservative Greek houses ; we all had friends in Vietnam and knew people from high school who were killed or wounded - but only a small number ever acted on it and they were the “usual suspects” ie the radical types, who frankly loved the attention.
