Yes and NO. Its become commonplace to choke once a year OU fans aren't stunned anymore. You get beat by a great team you get beat.What gets OU fans riled up is not looking prepared, being out coached ( schemed ) in big games with equal or better talent. Stoop's always has the same coach speak and tired excuses it seems.
Bob Stoop's is a great family man, great to his coaches, wonderful to the community and runs a clean program.
With Bob we will win 10 or 11 games a year, continue to win big 12 championships( nothing wrong with that). but as far National championships... I don's think we will ever get # 8 with him as coach. You need a young Hermann, or the Myer and Saban who will do anything to win( push the envelope and have no scruples) Bobby will be our Bowden, Paterno( no homo)

I was sure pissed yesterday.
The reality is you better come prepared and ready to play against any of these team anymore. The Lizzerds have experienced that first hand the last couple of years.
The 2008 lizzerd and OU teams may have been the most complete and talented teams to go head to head in college football history. 8-10 first rounders. @ 2 Heisman winners came off both teams. I think OU and Lizzerd fans expectations are to see these type teams trotted on the field each year. Ain't happening with the parity in recruiting in college football today.
This doesn't excuse the shit show yesterday, but reality.

Stopps is a very good coach but his time is up. He's been there too long. He should know that considering he coached under Spurrier for a few years and they are friends.
