Kiffin is at Ole Miss though which has no real history of winning while Day took over after OSU was handling Michigan and winning championships.
I disagree with this writer on this. I wouldnt want the other team planting crap on my field either. Day is going to feel it unless he wins the national championship though.
Hopefully that eliminates Miami. I think an SMU with an ACCCG loss will go over a 3 loss team though.

This season is Day's worse at 10-2. He also has 3 CFP appearances, and I'm one of the biggest Buckeye haters here. Ryan Day's staff is also the reason we don't have Jeremiah Smith as our WR.

Back to the SEC and how many teams it gets in. Texas, Georgia & Tennessee are in for sure, IMO. Whether or not another team SEC gets in depends on what happens in the conference title games. Notre Dame is in for sure. The Arizona State/Iowa State winner is in, the Boise State/UNLV winner is in, Oregon, Indiana, Ohio State and Penn State are in, and the SMU/Clemson winner is in. That's 11 teams, so who gets the 12th slot - SMU if they lose, Miami, Alabama, Ole Miss, South Carolina? My guess is that SMU gets in as a conference title loser unless they get blown out by Clemson. If SMU wins, I think Alabama gets the 12th slot. Just my opinion.
