It doesn't work. Politics make people mad. Be glad this site provides a free place for such discussions.
Unfortunately that may have been true 50 years ago, but the temperatures have been turned up so high that there’s zero chance this doesn’t turn political.
Less than 24 hours in ABC is blaming Trump for this, as an example.
I will say Biden’s comments were nearly perfect. Trump’s reaction so far has been good, although he’s been quiet.
