If two populations live together, one with a 100 IQ avg, and the other is 85 IQ avg, then the 85 group would only have 16% of it's number at 100 IQ or higher.
If that 85 group self reports at 30+% as being in the middle class, then we can't really say they face systemic descrimination.
But the key point is, it may very well be the most intelligent man in the country is from the 85 group.
