Spoke with a source at Florida a few minutes ago about this weekends visitors.
Was told Florida feels great with Brian Burns coming out of the visit this weekend. Confidence is at an all time high for being able to swing him. He was hosted by Quincy Wilson over the weekend. The staff had both Burns and Clayton in meetings when talking to them. They were upfront about both being recruited and explained how they both will play multiple reps, the need is that big for UF. The staff mapped out to both at same time in meetings of how they will be on the field. Burns still has two visits ahead to Bama for a midweek and FSU but coming out of his Florida visit the staff feels great with Burns.
Staff feels like they did a good job locking Antonneous Clayton up. He had a great time based off what I was told. Should be speaking to Clayton hopefully sometime this evening. I know it's been reported elsewhere about Clayton looking at visits, but was just told this comes as a surprise to the Florida staff, who feels like Clayton is rock solid after this weekend.
Vosean Joseph is still on campus as he arrived after SAT on Saturday. He leaves tomorrow.
Dee Walker left without an offer and I was told that staff likely will not make a move on him. Staff is also aware of Elysse Mbem-Bosee and Josh Uche making a decision tonight. Says the duo could very well go to Michigan coming off their OV there. When I asked my source what how UF side felt about missing them and the reply was "We have great linebackers committed and we are chasing the stars, we only a few spots left."
