The priority Gators target just went to Twitter saying he's close to making a decision, but according to Rivals' Sam Spiegelman, who is connected as they come when it comes to Wiggins' recruitment, the Baton Rouge native will not be revealing a decision for 1-2 months.
This one should come down to the Gators and hometown Tigers. It's very close. Top kids in Louisiana rarely leave the state for college, but with the Tigers having a down year, maybe this is the year. Dan Mullen, David Turner and Kelvin Bolden are making a very strong impression on Wiggins. The Rivals100 prospect visited Gainesville in June and then returned to campus this past weekend for an official visit. He feels very comfortable with UF.
With Wiggins being from Baton Rouge, that is a difficult pull either way. Alabama, Texas and USC are in the mix as well, but this one should be a close battle between LSU and Florida. Both schools are fairly confident.
