My list would be
1) Scott Drew Baylor - Make him say no!

2) Mike Young Va. Tech - Love his offense

3) Brad Underwood Illinois - Connection with current UF assistant Eric Pastrano

4) Mark Pope BYU - Really nice offense

5) Matt McMahon Murray State - Up and comer

6) Wes Miller Cincinnati - Was a candidate for UNC job.

7) Danny Hurley UConn - Both Hurleys are very good coaches.

8) Todd Golden San Francisco - Resurrected a dead program and former Bruce Pearl assistant.

9) Anthony Grant Dayton - Other than a few disappointing seasons at Bama he has been really good.

10) Rob Lanier Georgia State - Great recruiter who was assistant for Billy Donovan and Rick Barnes. Will get to see him in action against top seed Gonzaga.

11) Buzz Williams TAMU - Not sure we could pay enough because TAMU has deep pockets.

12) Grant McCasland North Texas - McCasland has recorded four 20-win seasons in his five years at North Texas. Only 45 yrs old.

13) Jerome Tang Baylor Assistant - If we decide to go the route similar to Arizona with a top assistant from a top program.

14) Jeff Linder Wyoming - The 44-year-old is known for running an impressive offense that could bring some life to UF after CMW less creative offenses.

15) Niko Medved Colorado State - Medved has led three different mid-major programs to the postseason and will have the Rams in the NCAA Tournament this season as well. 48 yr older had previous stops at Furman and Drake.

16) Thad Matta former OSU coach - Had health issues that made him retire but is now presumed to be recovered. He is still only 54 years old.

17) Dennis Gates Cleveland State - He's already accumulated a wealth of experience with stops as an assistant at Florida State , Cal, Northern Illinois and Nevada and at 42, he's been solid as the head coach at Cleveland State in his 3 year stint.

18) Andy Kennedy UAB - Former Ole Miss coach that has resurrected his career at UAB. He actually was very good at Ole Miss with a record of 245-156.

19) Mike Rhoades VCU - Succeeded Will Wade at VCU and has done a great job overall with a 101-51 record since 2017.

20) Chris Mack Former Louisville coach - Great coach that got his name tarnished a bit at Louisville but he actually did a great job at UL Unfortunately Covid ruined his 2nd season when his team was 24-7. Also 3rd season was destroyed by covid as well with long pauses.
