One of the reasons I left the military a few years back was because they were paying too much attention to political correctness and not enough attention to mission readiness. My drill weekends used to consist of mass, casually drills, teaching marines, how to stay alive when wounded, Shooting on the rifle range, long humps in full packs by the time I left it consisted of two days worth of classes about gender, equality, and adversity, and so on and so forth.
I did not join the military to take diversity and equality classes and that’s exactly what my last year in the military was. Weekend after weekend of classes.

It is recruitment, but it is also all the people who are bailing out because of the RIDICULOUS DEI and CRT training. And the lowering of standards so women can qualify to to jobs they were really not designed to do in huge numbers. I mean SOME women MAY be able to meet the same qualifications as our SF community had to...but unless you lowered some of the physical standards...not many
I was going to say one must look no further than recruitment and retention, but all the woke / DEI crap helped to ensure that less qualified and less competent folks got bumped up. Reducing physical standards so more women would "qualify" for positions of leadership is no way to run a military, it's just a shitshow.

No, you most certainly are not my man. And it's a shame. You present your opinions as if they were facts, but ask others to provide evidence to support factual claims. I have recommended this before, you need to do some homework in places other than CNN, MSNBC, etc.
I have nothing against women in the military if they are FULLY QUALIFIED for the jobs they are being ordered to do.
Some women make excellent pilots or crewmen for just one example.
That said, if women are going to be on SF's teams, then why not have an ALL WOMEN team with assignments that fit their specialties?
Neither do I...however I AM against lowering ANY standard so weaker people can qualify to make some quota. And that is exactly what has happened.

All of this. Modern parents are a problem. They didn’t get the memo that a parent is not the same thing as being a friend. They don’t like to tell their children NO, and they certainly don’t command the respect of their children.

Recruiting increased under Austin from when he took over. Retention rates are pretty much a flat line. I am so saddened on how much lack of understanding you guys have for DEI but that is an opinion. IDK man, you guys love being ignorant to topics.
Qualifications are entry are available and so are qualifications for ever rating, including Specials Forces.
Look them up for yourself so you'll know that they are accurate and trustworthy instead of asking me for them.
We are talking about people fresh out of high school, qualifications are extremely low for the military. lol
