Mullen-"I expect us to go UNDEFEATED this year"

Losing to Porkchop would be unthinkable for me.

I think people are discounting how disadvantage sometimes of these teams are that aren't getting a spring.

new coaching staffs, a lot of player turnover, new schemes....it's going to be rough for a lot of people.

our biggest advantage right now is that we have a lot more continuity than most people right now, even without a spring.
Not having a spring practice will hurt UGA more than most. Breaking in a new Offensive Coordinator, a new quarterback, and several other spots on the offense will require some time to get them in tune. Going to Tuscaloosa for the 3rd game of the season will be extremely difficult. I'm glad that Georgia gets 7 games prior to playing you guys in Jax.

I see it that way too.

Your schedule actually works out well for this, pre-Florida. Having Bama and Auburn early on isn't great, but with your offense in transition those would be tough games at any point of the season, and you managed to avoid Tennessee, Kentucky, and South Carolina until late in the year, who aren't good enough to beat a full-go Georgia, but could bite one with a crippled offense. Vandy and Missouri are bottom feeders, and you should go 3-0 in the OOC games. Virginia might be good enough to give you a game, but I don't see them winning unless you turn the ball over a bunch.

I don't see any way you beat Bama, and I think you lose to Auburn as well, even in your house. At worst it's 50-50. But think how it could have been if you had Kentucky, Tenn, and So Car in your first 5 games, and Bama and Auburn at the back end. You could easily be looking at 4-4 or worse in conference. This way, if you get past Auburn, 6 or even 7 wins is on the table. I don't think you beat us, but then, I never do, so there's that.

Or maybe the whole season gets blown up, like Sadgator thinks, and we never know.

I think we'll all be undefeated this season.

I'd call it a total defeat for sports fans at the hands of the Progressive Socialist Left. o_O

The silver lining is that they are cutting their own $$$ throats, just like the PFL (Professional Football League) did,,, hopefully.
