Sounds like we might be hiring a Bama assistant coach that has a reputation as a good recruiter.

Would be a nice move. Locksley I don't think is a good technical guy but he can recruit.
I don't think this can save Mac but it very well may help leave a better roster for the next guy. But again, a guy Saban doesn't seem interested in retaining
I think he lives on the edge a bit. This lends itself to getting old after a while for either himself or the school/HC he is working for. I think he could be a spark for UF in the short term. Has he matured enough to last longer, not sure? I do not think this is a guy who is any more than a position coach with his greatest asset being able to bring quality athletes into the program. Need to hide him a bit on day to day coaching, though.
Yep its worth it just for the recruiting. He has shown he can recruit good prior to Bama.
He's not a savior but we need as many recruiters on this staff as possibly anyway. He's not gonna be calling plays if he comes though he probably can't be worse than Nuss. They're probably gonna actually hide him in a position coach role and they don't have to be that technical anyway.
