Unless I'm mistaken, we got more yards rushing on that final TD play, than the entire rest of the game combined.
All things considered, if we don't fix the running game, it doesn't matter who we have at QB or WR or whatever position, we won't live long in the SEC this year.
grommit,
Strongly agree !
"...The run game did eventually have a breakthrough when Florida was up late in the fourth quarter: a 76-yard run by wide receiver Josh Hammond on a reverse. Take away that? Florida has just 62 yards on 26 carries, another inefficient performance. "

Don't know how this will impact our run game, but I
Thought I heard Mick & Lee discussing this last night -
Richard Gouraige – RsFr taking over at LT
Stone Forsythe – RsJr - taking over at RT
The last depth chart I saw only listed two names at LT - Gouraige & Forsyth; don't know who else will move there.
I don't even know if this is a long term answer from Hevesy or just something short term because of our inability to run the ball against UK's DL.
Hoping answers will come forth over this week's practice for Tennessee.
