Seems the dems have figured out they better do something.

Rudy won't be allowed to testify. Course he didn't at the other hearings either, but shows they saw how effective first two were and are trying to shut him down.

Apparently dems WILL be allowed to testify, which shows you how scared they are. Why have a hearing on cheating and let the cheaters defend themselves?

Will be interesting to see what happens. I assume this won't be a public hearing, because if they let the public in and then try to suppress the truth getting out, could lead to an ugly scene.

This is not a trial. The Mich. Senate Oversight Comm. is headed by a Republican Chairman, Ed McBroom, since Pubs are the majority party. He stated that they want to look into voting procedures in Detroit (mainly) and that Rudy possessed no "first-hand knowledge " of the election there.

First witness was questioned by as many dems as republicans LOL Dem says he's seen NO PROOF of voter fraud (hell even the sheep here know that's false) and asked if you thought your guy lost, wouldn't you want a recount?

Expert says no, because he had no confidence that the recount process would be accurate. Dem basically says whatever and slides back with his lip stuck out.

Chairman then clarifies that every witness will only be given 3 mins. Chairman says he will let the witness know when they have 1 minute left, and again when they have 30 seconds left.

You can imagine what happened. First witness talks a mile a minute because he's trying to get everything said in 180 seconds. Can't really understand what he's saying cause he's talking so fast.

Not expecting much from this hearing today, seems this is a dog and pony show to fool voters into thinking that they were taking voter fraud seriously.

As each person is testifying, the chairman has set his phone to go off after 3 mins with an insanely loud and irritating BLANT! BLANT! BLANT! After the last two people testified and were rushing through, the audience erupted in applause, which the chairman (in a very @Nolec-like fashion) missed and didn't realize they were doing so to protest his actions.

Now the chairman is admonishing the audience NOT to applaud, that's just going to cut into the time LOL

Expert testifies that they have evidence of dead people voting in Detroit and people giving false addresses. His group verified the number of dead voters and those that were claiming parking lots or businesses as their home address.

Dem questions how he can say this is fraud. The dem says that Detroit has a lot of blacks and always votes for dems. Expert says 'I didn't hear a question' LMAO Dem says Detroit always votes dem so where is the fraud? Expert again lists number of dead voters. Carefully explains to dem that dead people voting is fraud. Expert again lists number of voters who lied about their residence. Carefully explains to dem that people doing this have committed fraud.

BTW one of the state senators carefully 'explains' to a witness that they are legislators, and can only make policy. Essentially saying that they can do nothing about any evidence of voter fraud.

Wow. Eyewtiness testimony of poll workers taking ballots and changing them to straight dem, they said they fill the ballots out manually straight dem.

This witness also observed double counting of ballots.

At 2pm on Nov 4th, volunteer is told snacks are available to go get them. He left the room to get snacks, when he came back, the windows were blocked and he was told he couldn't go back in cause of covid restrictions LOL
