McElwain "intrigued" by going to Oregon

We are probably gonna win the bowl game like 20-16 and then it will do nothing for the program and make the record look decently better than it is with 9 wins and have people pulling a UT and think it will carry into next year... then our recruiting class will be bad and then hear about how Del rio is coming along in the off season and spring game. If one of the other guys isn't starting from the very start of next year i don't even know what to say. The recruiting class isn't gonna find magic in two months, what could we possibly turn around and pick up late compared to the other SEC teams? We could very well end up getting out recruited by many teams in our own division much less the teams on our schedule throughout the entire SEC period. We are in serious shit going forward, can anyone really point out a positive going from here until next year even with winning the bowl game against a bad big ten team?

I agree a bowl game win wouldnt really help matters much but I bet we end up losing the game probably. A positive would be Franks being the #1 QB in the Spring game.

I was looking at recruiting ratings last night. Holy UGa. I don't think Kirby is a hreat coach but pretty quick its going to be like Jimbo, just a huge takent gap

Yep Georgia killed it with his first class also. We now have less blue chippers committed than 7 of our opponents next year. Unbelievable if that doesn't change.

how is it going to change? Georgia and LSU get kids no matter if they are bad or not, now we can't get them when we "win the east twice in a row omg keep him".

the offense can come around finally and it won't matter now because of collins and the talent dropping off in base entire games in the toughest conference in the trenches in college football...

And Tennessee was 'supposed' to win the East this past season. Georgia has usually underperformed its expectations over the long term so there is no reason to expect them to actually live up to their expectations. The SECEAST is certainly ripe for the taking, however UF is the only program that seems to want it bad enough. Mac is doing a pretty good job of holding off the hopefuls,,,
