Vivek and Elon are super geniuses maybe it goes south but all reports I’ve seen it’s all falling into place perfectly. Elon spent countless hours campaigning for Trump in Pennsylvania. He was able to sit back and watch his hard work get rewarded when Trump won Pennsylvania and the majority of the swing states. He took great pride in that. Just to reinforce my negative opinion of Gaetz the WSJ again noted just this morning that this nomination of a preening featherweight who is “disliked by 98% of his colleagues” is a cross over to foolishness by DJT or a 4D chess move to get him the hell out of politics.

I am a Republican and I am loyal to conservative values. I fully intend to support our duly elected POTUS.
I think it was Trump helping one of his biggest supporters. He can resign without the report being made public. This will also put another R in his spot just in time. (Nothing is just a coincidence) And if he is confirmed Trump will use him to destroy the the corruption in the DOJ.
I think he kind of did the same thing for Rubio for different reasons. His seat will be filled with a R quickly and he can fire Rubio if he doesn't do a "good" job.
@goldmom @RussellCasse guys. I think we need to redefine what Republican and Republican Party is because Trump is redefined our party. We are now the party of the populist, the party of Americans, the party of the people. It’s amazing. The transformation Trump has engineered. He was the right person at the right time because Americans are sick of big government bureaucracy telling us what to do and what got him elected was the promise that he’s gonna try and change that. That means he’s gonna have to go after some establishment, Democrats and Republicans, which is what we learned in his first term.
I think as a group we need to stop trying to fight amongst ourselves because the values of the party have changed. I think what most of us agree is we want a government that answers to the people not that answers to the bureaucratic machine that has taken over Washington.
Big government was recognized by our founding fathers as to be the enemy of liberty and freedom. That is where we are. We are in a state of a big government that is telling us how to live our lives while they get rich, fat, dumb, and happy off of our money. The Republican Party, which currently is Trump’s party now, is the party of the people that are sick of this and against it and want to end it. On that we can all stay united.
