Manhattan DA. No charges for Trump

I'm not a fan of this. I don't think charging that guy only because you want him to flip on Trump is cool. They should try something else.

And the best they could come up with was $1.7M in VERY gray area unreported income that the state at a the most would have the right to 8% of. Max penalty are fines and 1 year in the clank, which won’t happen on a first offense (IF they can manage a guilty verdict).

You think after all this they spent more than $140k? Is this how they should be spending taxpayer money with Cuomo begging wealthy people to move back and crime through the roof?

Pretty sure they’d have found something after 5 years, this is a last ditch Hail Mary that they know stinks…released on the Thursday before a holiday weekend hoping one will notice. This guy will fight, never be found guilty because the rules on fringe benefits are so murky, and you’ll never hear about this again.

They tried desperately with Cohen. They even tried to make him MANUFACTURE crimes out of thin air. Cohen had nothing on Trump in the end so they punished him for not cooperating fully, for things COHEN did unrelated to Trump.
