Walmart surveillance video shows client did not try to ‘snatch’ child, lawyer says
The kidnapping suspect’s attorney said the footage proves her client is innocent.

Saw this case mentioned on social media and apparently they got a jury to indict this guy even though video appears to show the story was made up BS by the lady. Trying to find a copy of the report but evidently the cop even said the guy fled the store quickly which this video shows is total BS. This piece of work attention seeking lying lady probably even chose to accuse this Indian guy instead of the white guy who helped her child figuring he looks the "creepy" part of someone people would be more willing to believe he did that. The old saying you can indict a ham sandwich looks to be true here as I bet the cop fed that BS story about fleeing quickly and they kept most of the video from the jury (if not all of it) and at most just showed a few seconds where the view wasn't good enough to see everything. And now the state instead of letting the guy out of jail is instead trying to get a gag order in place because this is making the media rounds. The lady should be charged criminally and that cop should be charged also for submitting a false report.
